3. Use of Platform

By using Talk Spheres, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Sell or promote objectionable, misleading, or banned content.
• Use unauthorized payment methods or attempt to bypass security systems.
• Upload harmful files, malware, or scripts.

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are fully responsible for:

• Accuracy of content, pricing, and product details.
• Providing promised services such as Zoom classes, groups, or digital downloads.
• Ensuring community guidelines and behavior of members in groups.
• Refunding customers based on their own refund policy (if applicable).

5. Payments & Fees

• Payments collected from members are processed via our payment partners.
• Processing fees, GST, platform fees, and payout charges may apply.
• Creators must provide accurate bank details for payouts.
• Talk Spheres is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or incorrect details.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds depend solely on the Creator's individual refund policy. Talk Spheres does not issue refunds on behalf of creators unless required by law or payment partner rules.

7. Content Ownership

All content uploaded by creators remains their intellectual property. Talk Spheres may display or process content only for delivery of services. Users must not upload copyrighted, stolen or illegal content.

8. Account Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• User violates any terms listed here.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes occur frequently.
• Misleading or harmful content is sold.

9. Limitation of Liability

Talk Spheres is not liable for:

• Creator’s failure to deliver promised services.
• Member disputes or dissatisfaction.
• Loss of revenue due to technical issues or downtime.
• Third-party service interruptions (WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, payment gateways).

10. Data Privacy

We follow industry-standard security to protect user data. Users agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, storage, and processing.

11. Changes to Terms

Talk Spheres reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
