TalkSpheres offers multiple subscription plans, including Starter, Pro, and Custom plans. Features, pricing, and limitations of each plan are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
All payments must be made in advance using the available payment methods, including UPI. Prices are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing information during checkout.
You agree not to misuse the Services or use them for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities, including spamming, impersonation, or violation of third-party rights.
TalkSpheres does not create, endorse, or control influencer content. All content, communications, and interactions are the sole responsibility of the user or influencer using the platform.
All platform content, software, trademarks, and designs are the intellectual property of TalkSpheres. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written permission.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service; however, TalkSpheres does not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
TalkSpheres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
